The product comprises both unique design characteristics and a combination of innovative materials and manufacturing methods that enable full assembly and occupation within 6 to 10 days.

This is achieved without the need to engage skilled artisans, labourers and engineers, who are scarce, costly and in high demand.

The technology is geared around a “do-it-yourself” concept that allows the units to be assembled on virtually any terrain, as stilts that can be adapted to suit all environments, anchor the units. Furthermore, should a client require a raft foundation, this can also be accommodated without significant additional effort.

There are various options available for the external finish of the units, namely, stucco or a “brick” look, offering a number of “brick” styles and colours.

The standard configuration for internal finishes is plastered, however should a client order in excess of 200 units, the company will offer a number of alternatives to suit the client’s specifications in lots of 200 units per specification.

There are a number of configurations available, including:
One bedroom & one bathroom units
Two bedrooms & one bathroom units
Three bedrooms & two bathroom units

The modular, pre-manufactured nature of the product enables a client with a limited budget to start with a basic unit and enhance their living space as their needs and budget allow. All of this is achieved with minimal disruption to the original structure.

The only service that the company does not provide is the supply of basic utilities to the site. These utilities are electricity, water and sewage. The client must ensure that these utilities are in place prior to the delivery of the units.

All of the components of a unit are delivered to the client’s site in one 40-foot lockable container. All of the components are housed in crates, which are off-loaded and remain on site until the unit is fully erected.

The units can be fully self-sustained, should this be required. The power requirements could be addressed by the use of Solar Power, a Generator and Batteries. Water supply could be provided by a Borehole and Sewage via a French Drain System.

Currently there is a Patent registered for the SADC Region.
